Return & Exchange Policy
At Balneario, we value your satisfaction and understand that preferences can change. Our return and exchange policy ensures a seamless process should you decide to reconsider your purchase. Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges including: Teas, Discovery Sets, Ceramic Medallions and Spa Sets (robe/exfoliator)
For eligible items only, our return and exchange policy is as follows:
Whether seeking a refund or an exchange for an item of equal value, you have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to initiate the process. Please note that exchanges for items of differing prices are not covered under this policy.
We kindly ask you to be aware that we do not offer complimentary returns and exchanges. However, we've simplified the procedure for your convenience. Returns incur a flat fee of $15, however if you would like to exchange your item for another item of equal value, the $15 fee covers both the return and the shipping of your preferred item.
To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us at concierge@worldofbalneario.com. Upon confirmation of eligibility, we will provide a return shipping label and the relevant address. Please ensure that returns are authorized prior to shipping.
Returned merchandise, including the product and packaging, should be unused and in resaleable condition. Items sold as sets must be returned complete. We reserve the right to assess all returned items, and products not meeting the stipulated conditions are ineligible for a refund. If your item is approved, you will be refunded the amount of the original purchase price minus the $15 return fee. Unapproved refund items can be returned to you for an additional $15 fee.
We will make all efforts to ensure refunds are processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the return. Please note that it may take additional days for your refund to appear on credit card or banking statements.
Damages and Issues
Balneario candles are individually hand-crafted and made from natural ingredients. Slight changes in color and small imperfections in the wax are normal and will not affect the performance of your candle. We recommend burning your candles within one year for optimal performance. To maintain their quality, store them in a cool, dry place, and avoid prolonged unopened storage of shipping boxes.
If you encounter defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for resolution. For damaged products, photograph the product packaging and item, retain the shipping box, and contact us at concierge@worldofbalneario.com with your order number, a photo of the damaged product, and an explanation to initiate the replacement and claim process.
Available products will be promptly replaced; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
