We are delighted to offer $5 flat rate shipping within the contiguous United States. Regrettably, we do not presently extend shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations but hope to expand into these territories in the near future. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days, though occasional delays may occur during peak periods. 

Balneario delivery averages 3-5 days from warehouse departure. While we prioritize prompt delivery, weather and carrier volume may lead to delays and Balneario cannot be held responsible for carrier delays. We highly recommend ordering in advance of busy holiday season periods to ensure the timely arrival of your order. Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided during checkout. Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if applicable. We do not ship to PO boxes. 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipments are scheduled Monday-Wednesday to avoid prolonged exposure to heat or transit. We do not ship on federal holidays. Upon leaving our fulfillment center, Balneario assumes no liability for lost or stolen packages. If your package appears delivered but isn't received, check with neighbors or await the next business day. In the event your package is misplaced, please initiate a carrier investigation. We regret that we cannot refund packages marked as delivered. For damaged products, please refer to our Damage Policy.
